ORDERING INFORMATION
You can call me at (256)536-9977 before 9pm CST.  If no one answers leave your phone number and I will call you back ASAP.  I accept VISA, MASTERCARD and PayPal.
Pricies listed DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING.  Please call or e-mail for shipping quote.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with you purchase you may return it unharmed within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges.

CANCEL/RETURN POLICY
If you need to return an order due to a mistake made by us, upon receipt of the originally shipped item in the original carton, we will either replace the incorrect item at no charge to you or refund the purchase price, if the item cannot be replaced.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
If the order has not shipped we will cancel the order and refund any charges processed.
If the order has shipped you will be responsible for the round trip freight charges.
If the order is refused upon delivery or reconsigned, you will be responsible for the round trip freight charges.
If the order is returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information you will be responsible for the round trip freight charges.

PAYMENT POLICY/FEES
Your credit card will be charged when the order is ready for shipment. A deposit is required for custom items. We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, and Wire Transfer. Fees are 4% for Credit Cards and PayPal, $15 for Wire Transfer.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via FedEx to locations within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and via USPS for all shipments outside of the CONUS.
Items in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Custom or non-stock item shipment will be estimated.
You will be notified of the total price and availability, the expected shipping date, and any special shipping or receiving needs before your order is confirmed and billed. Express shipping is available at additional cost.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
To insure your order is received complete and undamaged, we recommend the following:
- Inspect each package for damage before accepting the shipment and note any damage on the delivery ticket.
- Verify the number of packages received is the same as listed on the receipt.
- Unpack and inspect the shipment immediately for any concealed damage.
- In the event that damage is discovered, retain the shipping container and packing materials, request an immediate inspection from the carrier and file a report with the carrier. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Then call us at (256)536-9977 to inform us of the situation.
Upon timely completion of the above criteria for receiving your shipment, we will arrange for the return of all damaged items. RarlyL8 Motorsports LLC is not responsible for damaged items accepted and signed for at the time of delivery.

TAXES
We will charge sales tax on all items shipped to locations in Alabama.
For other locations, any applicable sales tax, use tax, or other local or federal taxes are the purchaser's responsibility.

USPS SHIPMENTS
Most items are within weight and dimension limits covered by USPS. Size restrictions on ROW packages limit package size to 78" length plus girth. Please call or e-mail for a shipping quote. Be sure to include your full shipping address for an accurate quote.

No confidential information is collected or stored in any electronic format. We take security of your personal information very seriously.
